Yes, construction will begin as soon as the current season is completed.

So....

Next year in August, the pictures in the brochure will become reality?

That is a lot of construction...

Any PNG people answer this...

Will the 2 story wing extending toward the fire station be taken out.

It looks like the parking lot will extend from the main gate uninterrupted to Merriman.

Yes, the two story wing will be demolished and my wife will get a new classroom. They are building a new section added on to the school in the back by the band hall I think. The area that is demolished will be more parking which is what is needed.

Yes, that wing will be completely demolished. There will be over 50 million dollars in improvements to the high school. Plus new junior highs in PN and in Groves. Also they are building new baseball and softball fields, plus new tennis courts. Also hear there will be a new state of the art scoreboard.

The new junior highs be built?

Will the new baseball fields and tennis courts be rebuilt at the current location?

Any plans on using the land that corners Magnolia and Merriman?

I think that huge lot is owned by the school district.

From what I was told the Junior highs will be built next to the current locations as well as the Baseball, Softball and Tennis courts. The big lot at Merriman and Magnolia I don't think theres any plans with that yet.

The parking that you referred to already exists.

    • Virginia has same day voter registration. A person can literally walk in to the voting location, register and then vote. So they premised that Virginia might be stopping people with a legitimate right to vote is nonsense. From what I gather in the news report, assuming that the ones I have read are correct, the people that were removed, filled out a drivers license registration and marked that they were not an American citizen. Could the person have made a mistake by checking the box incorrectly? Although unlikely it is certainly possible. That same person who was removed can go into the same voting location where he would have voted and again, complete a voter registration and then vote.  That went into the Supreme Court’s decision.  If such a person votes by registering on election day, he fills out a provisional ballot. Provisional ballots are not originally counted and or not counted unless needed. For example….  Statewide there are 500 provisional ballots cast. A person wins the election by 4,000 votes. That would be no need to count the provisional ballots as it will not matter. That let’s say there are 5,000 provisional ballots in the state. One candidate wins the election by one 1,500 votes. In that case, the election could definitely swing on those provisional ballots. The state will then investigate each person to make sure they live at the correct address listed, and that they are in American citizen. If these things are correct, the vote will then be counted. Safe Harbor is not untillll…… I think December 17th this year so there will be six weeks to verify the provisional ballots if needed. The purging of the names of people who checked a state form saying that they were not an American citizen, will not stop that same person from voting.
