A friend, Lamar Football teammate and coach to my son since Junior High, Artie Trahan passed away. Please pray for his family and his soul. Thank you.

I grew up in Groves, played football  (junior high and high school), and went to college with Artie.  We both became coaches.  Though never got the chance to coach together, that was the plan -- along with Deny Duhon -- when we were young.  More importantly, he was my good friend for nearly 50 years.  I will miss him tremendously. - BR

I’m praying for you and your kids. I have no doubt y’all’s kids knew they were his life. I’m sure you were too. Your husband was the kind of man that other men should aspire to be.
