cardinal81o7 Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 from bc bill dixon is very good, so is terry stuebing lately. two that should not be on this list is those idiots from kelly and wo-s. lol i'll never forget some of the things they said. wo-s sounds like a little league dad, and kelly's sounds like a child's story teller.

When he does scores at halftime, many times he will say the team that is losing first. That is a huge pet peeve of mine for some reason. My favorite thru the years has been the guy from LC-M even though he is a little biased and I think announcers on the PA should be. I know Bill Dixon personally, but I have never heard him announce a game, but I bet he is great as well. Tip Durham at PN-G is very unbiased and monotone, but you can't help but like him.

They have even had him on shows like Texas Country Reporter. As far as the greatest of all time I think it would be Kern Tips who used to do the game of the week in the Southwest Conf.
MrUmp1 Posted September 28, 2007 Report Posted September 28, 2007 I do not know if Ken Poston does the West Brook football games or not, but he does an outstanding job on baseball games. Favorite for football without a doubt Tip Durham. Also for baseball BC and LCM have very good announcers.
