Been seeing some good signs and have some good trail cam pics. Some small bucks, one 8 point and some BIG hogs.Can't wait to get out there.

westend1 Posted October 1, 2007 Author Report Posted October 1, 2007 Well, very slow hunting in the hill county(near Junction) Out of 5 hunters, we took two doe and saw no good bucks. Grass is waist high and acorns everywhere. Full moon didnt help I'm sure. Lots of turkey this year. I'm guessing we wont see any action near the feeders for at least a month. Looks like trail hunting for a while.
