Me too. Tough loss to take when they played so good for 5 and a half innings. BUT they showed that Brenham can be beat and that PNG can beat them. Lets get the next two Indians!!!

from what i hear they didnt take the game but were more less handed it at the end with costly mistakes. i heard powell did great on the bump. PNGs still got a chance... better put the war paint on though; to come back will definately be a battle for them. not impossible though.

He pitched great most of the game. Had a 2 hitter into the 6th. Had some costly errors.

Game was much closer than score showed. The "bad" inning consisted of an overthrow by Powell on a sac bunt, a missed fly ball in right field by Cole Johnson, several hits, a walk, and a 3 run homer. Powell pitched a great game until that inning.

These guys can be beat. The war paint will be on Friday night!

Sounds like Powell had a great game until the rough patch in the 6th. How many complete 7 inning games has he thrown this season, I know he was out (in the pitching capacity) for a while. Hope they get after 'em Friday night-Good Luck Indians!
