Every small town that does games has homer announcers. That's the way it goes. To be fair, I'm not a big fan of Dr. Cammack's color commentary, but I think Art Lay is as good as anyone down there. He's been doing Jasper games for probably 30 years...

Dr. Cammack!  Not shocked at all!  I couldn't remember his name but I have listened to Lay several times and he is very knowledgable with the game.

Judging from Jasper's offense this year so far, I'd say it's a combination of both.
