Well, what happened to Newton?? I was rooting for them, but I Knew Carthage was a team to be reckoned with. They have alot of SPEED everywhere and I'm sure Newton won't see a team like that for a while.

What happen? Carthage had a pass attack that Newton could not stop. Carthage's QB was on the money with his passes. Newton could not put pressure on him.

Hell of a game guys!!!! Carthage was on point last night I will tell you that. Newton's offense looked good at times but there at the end they just run out of gas.... Great game though. Good Job Eagles and good luck in district..

Same thing happened last year,  Newton gave Carthage a big scare but at the end the numbers wore them out....Carthage kept getting their people resterd and Newton just didnt have the people to do that.....Newton will win district and continue on into the playoffs
