You probably have already undermined the faith that those kids need to believe in what the coaches are doing.

I agree with this and is exactly what I'm afraid of.

At this point in time I think it is safe for the WOS coaching staff to say, "You are not with us."

I do not agree with this statement. While I don't agree with the continuous negative sentiment about the OC on this board. I think it's pretty clear that the dissatisfaction is with one coach. Don't try and blow this into something it's not. That's no better than the folks that are running down the one coach in particular in front of the kids.

You guys verbally abuse one coach, and you have gone after them all, and the players.  IF they are a team.
