Look danarobics101 Daniel Conner is  a great  coach and man. He is been coaching for lots of years. dennis reeves has been a competiter sence he was a youngster. them boys has lots of morals and you wood be lucky to hav your kids coached by them as i hav mines.

Good call dove. This 1A district has lots of class and plenty of athletes. With Evadale getting in the mix, this may be fun for several years.  All in all, WH, Evadale, HD, HI, and Sabine Pass are all class programs.  We can't let a few "almost pro's with twisted ankles" characterize the whole community. Hang in the 1A, ya'll are looking good this year.

From what I have heard Evadale already has excuses for why it might not go their way. I do not think that one of HD's best receivers is playing and I have not heard them crying about that.

I did a little checking on that statement.  If Coach Henry wanted to get closer to home, he could have taken the WH basketball job he was offered this past summer.  That might be why they called him a traitor.

Correct Phoenix!  He interviewed and was offered the job and turned it down.  I believe he was asked more than once to reconsider after turning it down also.
