Depends on the usage

Undisciplined can mean the o line keeps false starting

Or it can mean the whole team clears the bench when a fight breaks out

Both of the above are great examples, however, teams can also play to tight, afraid to make a mistake, which unfortunately leads to more mistakes. Sometimes players feel so much pressure not to make mistakes, they forget to play the game, which leads to more mistakes, i.e. false starts, offsides, missed tackles. High School football while a business to the coaches and more serious than that  to us as fans, is supposed to fun for the players.

4. talks smack instead of playing

5. more worried about individual goals than winning

6. very emotional ALL THE TIME

7. don't read keys

8. quits if they get down

9. very easily fooled

10. has a very very very simple playbook

11. beat by teams who have no business beating them

12. relies on talent only

13. players dont get any better, no development

14. make a ton of mistakes, usually the same ones

15. penalties, penalities, penalities

16. make no defensive adjustments

17. make no offensive adjustments

18. mommas and daddies in the stands hollaring at the coach

19. small aquads for the size school they are

20. mistakes, mistakes, mistakes

not all of these at once

but Number 1 rule

dont line up beat

if you cant line up right

The only reason I played in high school, (and 2 of my college years).  I was disciplined though, I never kicked anyone while they were on the ground.  Always fair, ya know.

A perfect example would be PA Lincoln. They probably had some of the best talent in the state every year, but would get beat by 50 or more every game. That lack of discipline caused them to be a cakewalk for most teams. I know they were a good team in '99, but look at the earlier years.

you could also kinda look at kountze the last couple of years since they have been 2-A just as much talent as anyone but just didnt play the game the right way but im glad to see them turn it around this year

Just one observation - While getting off the team bus and I observe that the team's street attire is baggy pants with the boxers showing, they mostly have earrings and tatoos then thats one clue that they possibly are lacking discipline.

This initial judgement can change when the game starts.  ;D

That's a cultural/fashion thing not discipline thing!

from '98 on they had great teams but from '97 on back with the exception of the '96 team their games were pretty much over by 3rd qtr too many times.

Wasnt there a coaching change in '98? And of course, having Shaunderick Charles didnt hurt them at getting better either.

The OC changed. first year it resulted into a winning season (6-4)
