bullets13 Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 HJ scores late, goes for two and makes it to win 8-7. HJ fans then spend the next week absolutely positive that they will when district. 400 threads are started, all non-HJ fans are labeled haters, and lumberton is briefly forgotten.

bullets13 Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Man, whats up with HJwell, this is only the second decent team they've played.
Lazeek Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 What do you mean? They were picked to win 2 maybe 3 games all year!!!! They have won 3....they were not picked to beat HF...this is expected.
TradinUp BH Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 I understand they weren't picked to win, but I figured the game would be somewhat close
hamshirefan Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 it was actually 35-6 . . . . hf finally has played all four quarters of a game and they looked good. . . . hopefully they can carry this over to next week and surprise some people
Guest TravelingBandsman Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Hmm, I used to live in Hardin-Jefferson when I was 4. I don't remember it much, but that my brother played in the Henderson Junior High band. The only thing I remember is a Hardin-Jefferson vs. Cleveland game where there was fight. I think I have a little pride for that school, just because I lived there for about 2 years. It's sad for me that they lose, just like with Tarkington.
BadMedicine Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Hey Coop,Will you pollsters give the HF Longhorns some love this week??? The setxsports.com poll has ranked Liberty and HJ higher in the poll all season. Although HF beat Liberty 36-18 and tonight beat HJ 35 - 6. Surely, HF will finally be ranked ahead of Liberty and HJ, providing that your pollsters pay attention to results on the field. :o
WOS95 Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Hamshire Fannett getting it done!!! congrats on the win guys. 8)

The o-line mashed the Hawks all night long. Daigle had a huge game on offense and defense. C. Burrell caught a TD and had some good returns on special teams. Good luck next week.
dav-joel Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Horns put it all together in the crawfish bowl for all 4 courses.Mr. COOP Don't change the rankings at all. It works.
bullets13 Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 HF may just be the darkhorse this year. HJ is not very strong this year, but HF dismantled them. Good luck longhorns, you might just sneak into the playoffs if you keep this up.
Guest etbu Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Hats off to you and would prolly would win any other district around here but good luck.
