Guest BC boy 17 Posted October 5, 2007 Report Posted October 5, 2007 we have talked about returning players, so who are some new players that will take over a starting spot on next years squads in 21-3A?
Guest Orangeboy Posted October 6, 2007 Report Posted October 6, 2007 Luke Rhodes and Josh Lemoine could help BC out this year.
McLovin Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 The Silsbee outfield will look different this year. Also, there will be a new face starting behind the plate for the first time in 4 years.

McLovin Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 I'm not sure. It will most likely be between Bird and Dobbins. Bird played a little last year as DH. But you never know, McDonald is pretty stout behind the plate and so is Moss so it could really be anyone. It just depends on how the coaches line Silsbee up. 8)

Guest Orangeboy Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 Swamp?Tiger Field is built down at the bottom of the hill in a swamp. Just look at the trees in the outfield.
McLovin Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 Oh ok, I just see it as a hardwood flat but ok, lol! I just wasn't sure, I'm used to calling my old homefield the swamp, Gators. But it is fitting, the drainage system got screwed up by one of the coaches after the field was built, I think. Ever since it has usually been flooded through a good part of the season. So back to the subject. ;D 8)
Guest Orangeboy Posted December 5, 2007 Report Posted December 5, 2007 Does Jasper have any sophomores or freshmen who will have an impact on this years team?

I can't remember if there was any decent sophmore or freshman catchers last year but I do know there is one freshman this year that does a pretty good job he just needs some experiance.
shs85 Posted December 13, 2007 Report Posted December 13, 2007 Why would you even think of moving Moss from 3rd and McDonald out of LF when his not pitching??The infield should be set! Bird or Henry at catcher!
