drake Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 the wheels are falling off the bus. my predictions are coming true.brook rolls 35lee 20-lee scores a late td.This is your response right after someone posted that Lee lost Jarvis Moore to injury for the season. Again, anyone that predicts injuries and then reminds everyone that they did when one happens is stinky trash... Get a clue.

patitan Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 just another paranoid goose fan. hey drake,i told you so.
82 5A State Champs Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 I think WB wins this one....maybe not easy, but a win nonetheless. If memory serves me correctly, didn't Central beat Lee in week 0? Then WB beat Central the next week by more than two scores(34-17). Panama, I know you're a big Gander fan, but unless they're serving ice water in hell this week, the Ganders will be 2-1 in district after Friday night!
34sDad Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 I'm gonna duck in real quick. I really hate to hear that about Jarvis Moore. My son Andrew played with him, Mahan, OT, and the rest of those boys for Lee in junior high and they were all always at our house. We moved to BH and kind of lost contact with them. Jarvis is one of those special football players that it just came natural to him. He never played contact football until 7th grade, but looked like he was born running with a pigskin under his arm. I assume he's done for the year. Well hopefully enough has been seen that he'll get a chance to play at the next level.
setxguru Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 I don't know which is more comical, a so called "adult" predicting teenagers to get major injuries, or talking smack on a team to lose in the first or second round when the team he represents NEVER lives up to the hype. There is more talent in pa then in any other place around. It has been over 25 years since ANY team from that town has done anything significant. Keep making those mature predictions pa titty, you never miss a chance to show everybody how smart you are. Good Luck with the second round of the playoffs. I'm sure I'll see you and your team there. By the way tell your team members and coaches in the playoffs tickets are about six dollars a piece. PLEASE pa titty, LIVE UP TO THE HYPE ONE TIME.
patitan Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 okay,i see another clown is tuggin on superman's cape. first off you don't know the facts that was discussed on another board about lee. okay azz clown did you know that lee was picked to mop the floor with everyone in setexas??? that mean even your sorry team was considered to be possibly spanked by lee,if they played them. since 2002 lee have done the same thing year in and year out. field a good team with talent. they have one superstar that makes them almost unbeatable...almost. then that superstar gets hurt and lee suffers from it. then after that they struggle and bow out 2nd rd. the playoffs. it's not a knock on them, but it's just telling out happens to them and to expect nothing more. now when have you saw on here where i said the titans are championship material??? i said we would mop the floor with 22-4a and that's with bad coaching. now P.A. is my heart, but i live in a town where i pay school taxes and have myu home where i pay a mortgage. i support that high school too. oh and they run through mc like brotha's in a low budget porno!!! that team would be lamarque. the titans get rode hard by me every week. until we blow people away with ease,i never brag on the titans....NEVER. you must have a loser team because you never say who you're with just some troll that rides the bandwagon.
Guest doubles_gun Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 These two teams are playing for the District Championship this week. Lee has speed and athletes but West Brook has the whole package. I am going to give the nod to the Bruins.

gary-us-bonds Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Well, so far Lee has mopped the floor with the competition since they got all their players back. West Brook MIGHT beat Lee, but until that point in time, you really cannot gloat on any predictions you had about Lee not being good. It's hard to argue with 2-0 and 66 points to zero after two district games with their starters back, regardless of who they played. Lee was up 31-0 on Kingwood at the half. West Brook was up 28-0 on Kingwood at the half. Sounds about equal to me.Now that Jarvis Moore is unfortunately out for the year, it will be a lot tougher for Lee to continue their domination, but I hope they can keep it together.
westend1 Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 We have probably lost our leading rusher as well, so don't try to use that as an excuse.
82 5A State Champs Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 fortunately for WB, they've got another RB just as good in Michael, that is more than capable of dismantling the Lee defense. Will you be at the game on Friday?
gary-us-bonds Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Who said I was using it as an excuse?I just said that part of the reason that I picked Lee to whomp teams is because they had Jarvis Moore. If I knew they wouldn't have him, I wouldn't have been quite as confident. I get off work at 6 o clock Friday. I work in Houston, so I will have to hightail it to Beaumont right after work, but I will definitely be at the game.(if that question was directed to me)

gary-us-bonds Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 I know you're being funny, but I may actually sit on WB's side. I generally sit on the visitor's side in Baytown, but I haven't made up my mind about the game this Friday yet. I just hope it's a good game. Last time I drove out there right after work, the game got called for some phantom lightning.
Big GANDER Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Its interesting to see all the predictions and all the smack talk. Let us not forget, that these are teenage boys, playing a violent sport and the outcome is irrevalant to the big picture in life. I teach Jarvis Moore and what a wonderful young man he is. His broken leg is unfortunate, but he will recover and play next year in college. He is not the total Lee offense, but was a major part. Lee will continue to play good , or in some eyes, weak football without Jarvis. Westbrook, will play good football also and at the end, 100 plus teenage boys will shake hands and go home, and on Monday morning show up for what they are really in school for an EDUCATION. I will be in Westbrook Friday night cheering on the Lee Ganders and ALSO cheering on the Bruins. Its just a sport!!!!!
82 5A State Champs Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 good point....very well said!

Guest BigHam Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 What stadium is the game at?Durley Stadium @ West Brook. Lots of road construction so it's going to be a pain. You Baytown folks send me a PM and I'll give directions to a back route that might make it easier to get out.
