bullets13 Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 Huh? would anyone have predicted this? not me! should be an interesting series... i'm curious to see if ANYONE can beat the rockies.
Bulldog92 Posted October 7, 2007 Report Posted October 7, 2007 Well...just like with Philly, the Rocks have to get one of the first two. As red hot as they are, I wouldn't put anything past them. Arizona will bring it, too, so it'll probably be a 6 or 7 game series. I'll say Colorado in 6...
Guest Orangeboy Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 Pulling for the Rocks in this one. I just like seeing all these young guys produce. These 2 teams could be good for a long time.
Ty Cobb Posted October 8, 2007 Report Posted October 8, 2007 I'm not sure who to pull for. I don't like either of these teams.
bullets13 Posted October 8, 2007 Author Report Posted October 8, 2007 I'm not sure who to pull for. I don't like either of these teams.i like them both, but neither is one of my favorites. I do know i'll be rooting for the national league in the WS.
adminbaberuth Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 Francis vs Webb, thursday 4:30 pm at Arizona.Webb has the best sinker in the majors. I know the starting lineup of the Big Red Machine back in the 70's, I couldn't name but a few on either one of these teams.
bullets13 Posted October 12, 2007 Author Report Posted October 12, 2007 not even webb can slow down the rockies.
Bulldog92 Posted October 12, 2007 Report Posted October 12, 2007 Nice win for the Rocks. They had to get to Webb at least once in this series. They could see him again in games 4 and 7. Colorado looks scary good right now and the D-Backs are gonna have to play a lot better to be able to stay in the series...
Guest Orangeboy Posted October 13, 2007 Report Posted October 13, 2007 If the Rocks can average 4-5 runs a game in this series I think they will win it.
Pirate88 Posted October 14, 2007 Report Posted October 14, 2007 WOW.. Didn't see the Rockies taking the first two in Az!!
bullets13 Posted October 14, 2007 Author Report Posted October 14, 2007 Rockies lead series 2-0.some of you oldtimers might be able to, but i can't EVER remember a team being as hot as they are right now.
Pirate88 Posted October 14, 2007 Report Posted October 14, 2007 some of you oldtimers might be able to, but i can't EVER remember a team being as hot as they are right now.The Stros did it in 05?? Win what 35-37 of the last 45?? Something like that.
bullets13 Posted October 14, 2007 Author Report Posted October 14, 2007 yeah, but the rocks win 13 of 14 to force a playoff game just to get in, then win it, sweep their first series, and go up 2-0 in the second. that's even better than what the stros did, IMO.

bullets13 Posted October 15, 2007 Author Report Posted October 15, 2007 Game 3 updateRockies lead 1-0 in the bottom of the 3rd thanks to a Holliday HR.
bullets13 Posted October 15, 2007 Author Report Posted October 15, 2007 Rockies up 3-0 in the series!
KFDM COOP Posted October 15, 2007 Report Posted October 15, 2007 Is this one of the most fantistic finishes ever?? The Rockies can't lose it seems like.
Bulldog92 Posted October 15, 2007 Report Posted October 15, 2007 Is this one of the most fantistic finishes ever?? The Rockies can't lose it seems like.It has to be....and from probably the least likely team other than the D-Rays. ;D
bullets13 Posted October 15, 2007 Author Report Posted October 15, 2007 It has to be....and from probably the least likely team other than the D-Rays. ;Di don't know... i would've put them ahead of the rangers and pirates, at least...
Bulldog92 Posted October 16, 2007 Report Posted October 16, 2007 Rockies Headed To World Series!!Congrats, Rockies. Now finish the job! ;D
