GeauxTigers Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Coach Griffin, wonderful season for the bears
Ty Cobb Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Todd Trawhon of Silsbee. He has Silsbee baseball on the map.
BigTuna Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Todd Moses, HJ. From 8 wins to 16 wins and 2nd round playoff berth. Nobody gave Hawks a chance with a 2-7 start.
hfaninthestands Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 coach of the year doesn't let his team start 2-7... HF had 8 wins last year also...they ended up with 21... Tuna you're always looking for a pity party

Tuna you're always looking for a pity party What's your point? Are you nominating another coach? This is a nomination process, that means people have to be put up. If you don't agree with some of the names, then nominate someone else.

MIF04 Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Not meant to be all-inclusive but a short ballot might be: 1. Griff @ LCM 2. Trawhorn @ Silsbee 3. Moses @ HJ 4. Landry @ HF 5. Bryant @ BC
BigTuna Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 hf, I may be looking for a party, but it's not a pity party. Nominate a coach or get off this thread.
BigTuna Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 hf, a coach of the year doesn't respond to adversity? a coach of the year is always supposed to take a team of grat players and win 25 games I guess. but what do I know?
adminbaberuth Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Griff @ LCM Trawhorn @ Silsbee Landry @ HF Robbins @Nederland
hfaninthestands Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 hf' date=' I may be looking for a party, but it's not a pity party. Nominate a coach or get off this thread.[/quote'] I did 13 minutes before you posted this....
mekih Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Cody Robbins-Nederland-He puts the kids in the game that are about to perform their best at that game. He has done a lot of experimenting since the beginning of the year with a lot of newcomers and although there have been a few mistakes here and there he has come up with winners way more than losers The season continues-which many had thought would not have happened. Only time will tell how good he and his team will be before its over for 2006.
MIF04 Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 My bad on my ballot -- should've included Robbins at Nederland.
strosbros Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Griffith-LCM. Got his 300th win with the first game of this season and another (undefeated) district championship notch in his belt.
NeDeRlAnD b-DoG fAn Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 Coach Robbins of Nederland. He took a team that wasn't even picked to make the play-off by many. He turned them into a team that finished 2nd in district behind LCM. And they are still in the play-offs now.
duke2559 Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 Coach From HJ suprised evryone and so did huffman hargrave
