Jasperfan Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 Should be a really good game. I've seen both teams and I think that they are very well matched. HF has a great offensive scheme and some HUGE lineman. Jasper has more speed and athletes. I've been told that HF has had success in their return game. I don't see them scoring on special teams this week. Jasper has blocked kicks in three consecutive games and I see them getting to one or more this week. I think this could be the difference. Jasper 21HFÂ Â Â 14
seniorgirl08 Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 People just don't understand how close this new AD has brought the HF team together. These guys are on top of their game, they have heart and more spirit than I've seen in the past years...my HF boys have this one!i agree, i'm very proud of the changes i've seen in these boys

Jasperfan Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 I'm just saying that you ran back two against Silsbee. I don't see you getting any scores off of special teams this week. I think that a blocked kick, could be the difference in a game where field position could be crucial.
Zoneblock Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 I dont see Jasper rushing HF's punt team after what happened to Silsbee last week.
Guest Luv Ya Blue Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 Horns should win but Jasper is improving.
HJ-Hawks25 Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 HF in a upset  HF 28 Jasper 27I wouldn't even consider this game an upset if HF did win. I think they have a pretty good team and i go with them by 2 touchdowns.
redheaded stepchild Posted October 18, 2007 Report Posted October 18, 2007 Dogs by 21.  WOW that is bold. This will be a close game throughout. I feel neither team will win by more than 10. HF 24-14
Guest Nederland Bulldogs Posted October 18, 2007 Report Posted October 18, 2007 I agree, i say Horns by 7.
Jasperfan Posted October 18, 2007 Report Posted October 18, 2007 I dont see Jasper rushing HF's punt team after what happened to Silsbee last week. All I know is that I've heard that you ran some Okey doke fake. I have confidence that the coaches from Jasper will not let that happen to them. You've already shown your hand with that one. I'd say that it is back to the drawing board on the fakes.
JPTRUNNERBOY09 Posted October 18, 2007 Report Posted October 18, 2007 i think jasper will use its speed to be hf i have yet to see someone out run bailey or bronson those guys will come out to play
Guest TravelingBandsman Posted October 18, 2007 Report Posted October 18, 2007 I'm gonna take Hamshire-Fannett. This team is moving, and really wants that playoff spot bad. In order to do that, they know they have to beat one of either Jasper, Kirbyville, or West Orange-Stark to get in as well as all their other "lesser" games. I think Kirbyville or Jasper are their best bet. They've already passed by the WO-S game and lost so they have two more chances.
Guest Nederland Bulldogs Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 Another tough one to predict.
SETXsports Broadcaster Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 Question? Is the stadium at the HS in Hamshire?. I got an addres of "second st." is that right
HFmom Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 Question? Is the stadium at the HS in Hampshire?. I got an addres of "second st." is that rightYes, the stadium is in HAMSHIRE...(there is no "P" in Hamshire). If you are coming I-10 from Beaumont, take the Hamshire Rd exit, turn left at the stop sign and follow Hamshire Rd to Longhorn Stadium (the stadium will be on your right...you can't miss it). Second street is the address of the school and the stadium can be accessed that way as well, it's just easier to get to by going I-10 and taking the Hamshire Rd. exit. I'm horrible with directions but I hope that helped! GO HORNS!!!!!
Guest PIRATEFAITHFUL JR. Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 I went to a HF game this year..they are a well coached team! I like Hf in this one.
Guest ST4life Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 HF will be hard to beat at home.to bad Jasper made it look easy
joemike Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 to bad Jasper made it look easy what happened to the thread about Mangan gets what he deserves, He or his asst. did not check on one of his players in the hospital from the previous week. All of the sudden the thread is gone. somebody bring us up to date,
