Walk-off
B.C. Cardinals Jenna Angelle Great defensive plays 2 homeruns Good number 2 hitter
JohnnyT60
Don't beleive I have seen a 2nd baseman all year who is worthy of this team, but there may be 2 or 3 shortstops. Maybe we should just name 2-3 shortstops at the MIF position.

JohnnyT60
The point is you may have 3 SS to consider and really no 2B. These positions are basically interchangeable, so instead of naming a 2B that may not be deserving name MIF that deserve the reward. In baseball that would be unheard of, but in SB the stronger of your 2 MIF positions usually plays SS. Just a suggestion.
sbfan4life
BC's Jenna Angelle should get the nod! Not fair to say that just because 4A doesn't HAVE anyone that she should be locked out due to too many SS - you will always have a large amount of SS's - consider all-state nominations! Here's Jennas STATS both overall and district - take a look! Offensive Stats: Season District G - 20 10 AB-51 22 H-19 12 2B-6 4 HR-2 2 RBI-12 11 R-22 17 SB-6 6 Sac-5 3 OB%-.475 .516 Slg%-.529 .680 Avg-.373 .400 Fielding Stats: Season District Fielding % .940 .958 PO-24 PO-10 A-23 A-13 E-3 E-1 Also was named District 24-3A first team! I would say she qualifies!
bigred75
Finally someone Cardinal support out here. I dont think we ought to overlook a 3A second baseman in lieu of another SS either. It looks as though Angelle's numbers are pretty deserving to me.
