CRUSHCOACH Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 LCM 1 Kilgore 0 in 13 innings. Can't possibly get any better or more dramatic than this one!!
Champion Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Central Pollok 2 Silsbee 1 This game was unreal! Even though the Tigers came up short what a game. First round of the playoffs and 12 innings over 4 hours and over 200 pitches from both teams pitchers.

Champion Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Caroline McCelland she pitched every inning this season for the Tigers!
LSU22 Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 i would say the LCM-Kilgore game... 13 innings in the second round of playoffs. not a run scored until the bottom of the 13th. insane game.
CRUSHCOACH Posted May 16, 2006 Report Posted May 16, 2006 Caroline McCelland she pitched every inning this season for the Tigers! That's what I was hoping to hear !
Crow Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 Barbers Hill V. Shepherd 1-0 11 innings because no one expected it
bigred75 Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 Just out of curiosity.......what was expected?? A blow out from BH??
Champion Posted May 18, 2006 Report Posted May 18, 2006 Just out of curiosity.......what was expected?? A blow out from BH?? Not with Sam Cummings on the mound! That girl could go!
bigred75 Posted May 18, 2006 Report Posted May 18, 2006 I thought it would have been higher as well.....just did not know it BH thought it would go down that way. Heck I was shocked at the BH/Central match up. I thought they would blow them outta the water. Heck I thought we would beat em too.......I guess ya never know in high school sports, do ya.
katepie25 Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 Lets wait to vote on this one until the BH vs. Splendora game. It's going the be a great game.
CRUSHCOACH Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 I kinda like the LCM vs Angleton game #2. Several comebacks and lead changes, including a big dramatic comeback in the 7th inning.
LSU22 Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 if katiepie wants to wait on the BH-Splendora game then i'll wait for the LCM-Klein Oak game.
JohnnyT60 Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 Hopefully, We'll be arguing over which game was better!
Crow Posted May 27, 2006 Report Posted May 27, 2006 I still vote on the Shepherd-Barbers Hill game.. Even more so after the Splendora game of 4-0. I think Cummings and Hall would still be heaving balls if not for the error.. That was a great game! Good Luck in Austin BH!
katepie25 Posted May 27, 2006 Report Posted May 27, 2006 I agree with Crow, both pitchers were dominate and it went on forever. It was a great game. it ended how great games end, someone made an error and fortuately it was Shepard and not BH
CRUSHCOACH Posted June 6, 2006 Report Posted June 6, 2006 Well, I'll have to change my vote now ! Take your pick, either game of the State Tournament LCM vs. Cleburne or LCM vs. Dripping Springs. Neither one of these games can be beat!! ;omg
blt22 Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 Well' date=' I'll have to change my vote now ! Take your pick, either game of the State Tournament LCM vs. Cleburne or LCM vs. Dripping Springs. Neither one of these games can be beat!! ;omg[/quote'] Looking back after everyone has had time to catch their breathe after those 2 games - THEY HAD TO BE THE TOP GAMES. 11 & 12 inning games were both teams had girls on base, do or die for win/championship. The atmosphere was unbelievable. Great defense, pitching & all-around teamwork!! Those are the kind you will always remember. Both have my vote, not sure if there is anything else close to even consider:)
bigred75 Posted June 7, 2006 Report Posted June 7, 2006 Well I wasnt there but listened to them on the radio and computer................Both were great just to listen to so I could imagine how they were to watch...............I was nervous and could not hardly sit still.
