good list but in my mind if not now before long HD will move up. the first game they played was hardin and yes hardin had not had a prac. HD had only had 2 or 3 and where learning a new coach and hole new system, and lost by 2 or 3

this friday is one of the big games of this year. LC-M vs. OZEN at the bear cave. i believe LC-M has the players and heart to come out on top of ozen by 3 or less. If Kevin Cooper has a big game and Dallas Bean brings his A game i belive that lcm can beat any team in setx. Also B.K. richard if he gets hot on the three point line there is no stoppin LC-M

I was curious....and I dont know much about basketball. Why is Newton not in the top 15 of the small schools? I see Warren there who lost in the same Tourny that Newton won. Are all the other teams that good? Too early to tell? Just curious.

I think Newton should be ranked higher they are # 11 in the state. JMO

When is Liberty going to get some respect on this list - they beat Warren (# 9) and Anahuac (# 14) and has played Hardin (# 4) 2 very close games.  Give the Panthers some support.

I know it is hard early in the season to know which teams deserve to be on the list - and Liberty has been very up an down so far.  But they have appeared to be improved this year.

I have a question, is Brookeland considered a southeast team? I would think so, u have jasper on the rankings. So that means they are eligible to be on this list. Now wouldnt beating 4 teams ranked on setxsports.com make you eligible as well, or should I say deserving.
