setxguru Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 I think PNG will cover the spread, but I'm taking the underdogs on all the rest. My upset of the week out of those games is OZEN over Lumberton. Just my two cents!
Guest TravelingBandsman Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 Beaumont Ozen over Lumberton would be a kick in the nads. That would be so depressing for them, and seriously hurt them for the playoffs. They would have a must win on their hands for Nederland.

NorthoftheBorder Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 IF Nederland beats LC-M this week, Lumberton is just about in a must win situation anyway. I think all the top Dogs are counting on Lumberton, a have not, folding their tent and paving an easy road into the playoffs for the have been's. I think Lumberton is very intent on crashing the party this year. Every game for Lumberton, PNG, Dayton and Nederland is extremely critical and a must win.

Scalpem06 Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Ozen has talent.. but not dogging the players at all.. they just dont seem to have the heart that luberton does
PURPLE 4EVER Posted October 27, 2007 Author Report Posted October 27, 2007 Both predictors were perfect in 22-4A...Lets see how the point spreads worked...POINT SPREADS....DAYTON +21 OVER CENTRALDayton wins by 20 over Central. Point spread almost perfectly predicted. Central does beat the spread by 1 point.NEDERLAND +22 OVER LC-MNederland wins by 28. Covers the spread by 6.PN-G +12.5 OVER VIDORVidor beats the spread and plays PN-G to 7 points.LUMBERTON +10.5 OVER OZENLumberton's offense is now rolling. Lumberton destroys the Panthers by 24 easily covering the spread, in fact more than doubling it.CONGRATS TO THE INDIANS, BRONCOS, BULLDOGS, AND THE RAIDERS!What a last two weeks of the season it will be.It is very unfortunate that one of these teams only has two games left. One very deserving team will not be going to the playoffs.

All four of these teams deserve to go. These last two weeks are going to be interesting, nail biting, exciting, and all the adjectives you can throw in there! Good luck to ALL the teams!
Guest TravelingBandsman Posted October 28, 2007 Report Posted October 28, 2007 Think about it next year when and if the UIL decides to do the 4 teams in the playoffs for 4A.
New Indian Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 No, no more, i think it should go back to 1 team that won it all got to go, none of this make everybody feel good garbage >
