Should everyone suited up touch the Field

On the 7th & 8th grade levels, play to win but give a little more effort to play everyone.  On the high school level, moreover varsity, you've got to play to win.  If you've got a good team but your won-lose record reflects equal playing time, the head coach will be out of a job and maybe a career.  If winning doesn't matter, tear the scoreboard down.

They all touch the field in pre-game warm ups.  For some, they should be grateful for that.

Everyone should touch the field before they graduate, but not every game.

Everybody does get to touch the field.  during warm-ups and when they run through the paper while the bands a playing the school song. 

But the  best players that  i'ma picking

are on the field when the clock starts tickin.

Or else your gonna get a lickin

while your butt gets a kickin.
