I think this was Splendora’s first district win. Even with a couple of injuries this one surprised me. HF goes to 2-3 in the first round of district I believe. The Longhorns finish up the first half of district play Tuesday at home against HJ. My biggest question about Tuesday game is how they are gonna go about letting people in the door. It’s a smaller venue even before the Covid spacing.

So in this district I heard that Livingston was supposed to in the top 4 with Shepherd looking on the outside... Now with the first half of district games played they're sitting at 3rd with a game back of H-J... Hmmm somebody owes someone an explanation lol

I can’t wait to hear this one

When is HF expecting to get all of their starters back? I hope soon, regardless of how high they should have finished in district when healthy, they were definitely a playoff team and that community had high expectations. If they don’t come back soon they might be to far back to climb back into playoff contention.

Hard to say, they are down 3 starters now which explains the lost to Splendora and Sheppard. Their big man went down in the 3rd quarter of the Shepard game with an ankle injury and missed the Splendora game. It's been a rough few weeks for the Horns to say the least. Their bench isn't as good as many thought apparently. They were a solid 6 or 7 man rotation. Losing 3 starters hurt bigtime
