BC has a little bitty guy #21 he played in the JV game and now in the Varsity game. All he does is launch deep 3s and he makes them, I’m calling him Smurf Curry.

22-14 in the 2nd Vidor giving them unforced turnovers and BC continuing with the 3s.

26-22 BC 2nd Pirates putting up a fight and hitting some 3s of their own.

Smurf Curry strikes again... we ought to know he’s going to pull the deep 3, make that little fella drive.

31-26 BC at halftime good game so far. The Cardinals have no size but you have to guard them on the perimeter. Make them beat you down low if they can because they are more than capable to from the outside.

41-32 BC in the 3rd Cards dialing up the intensity in the second half, refs letting a lot go. This crew swallows the whistle and let’s them play but it’s been consistent both ways.

41-36 BC end of 3 Vidor with a couple real good drives attacking the basket but missed one at the rim to end the quarter. Should be a real good finish, these teams are playing physical ball and the refs are letting them play.

50-48 Vidor with 14 secs left Vidor turns it over in the backcourt and BC scores 50-50 tie Vidor threw away the inbound then BC hit a loooong 3 to win the game at the buzzer.

53-50 BC final what a game that was... The Pirates find very interesting and crazy ways to lose games in the final seconds that they should win.

Why is that way too close? You say it like it a foregone conclusion that you were going to get the W. Vidor played a good game and had BC beat in their own gym. Seems to me BC is lucky that they didn’t have to play at Vidor earlier in the season when they got the 1-0 forfeit.

It was way to close for me. Nate and vidor have beaten BC plenty in the last few years. I was hoping BC would have an easier win a home then having to hit a buzzer beater. I was not at the game though, so can’t really give any insight

You missed a good one bud, I’m not even mad about the L. It was an awesome game to watch, I know the boys are disappointed but it’s been that way this season. Feel bad for the kid that turned it over and then threw away the inbound but he’ll learn from it and get better. Young man will have a very big role on the team next season.
