Good question. He is 39-46 in 8 years as a head coach. That doesn't scream "must hire".

Given that one of Coach Foreman's main complaints about his time at Central was discord between him and BISD administration, I'm not sure that he is that anxious to return to the district.

The last few head football hires and the applicant list.

United hired Graham, who graduated from Central. Last time West Brook was open, they hired Peevey who was on staff. Central hired Jeff Nelson, who had been the head coach at Ozen previously and is a BCP grad.

I’d say the last 3 hires all had ties in some way. 3 or so current West Brook coaches are on that list, plus some Beaumont natives. One could make the argument that the probability is high.

This is exactly why Jackson keeps giving Beaumont football these loser coaches. He waits so long and then hire a BS coach that he has ties to. How hard is it to pick a head coach with a winning record or an assistant coach from a program that consistently wins? SMDH...

Jackson only hires football coaches that have established themselves as losers. Just look at the coaches he's picked resumés. They all have lost more than they have won. SMDH...

Could this individual be like some bosses and not choose anyone that will outshine the him?   I've seen bosses choose people under them that are not as smart as they are.  I'm sure we've all seen it!
