I would imagine the applicant list for this one is good size. Between Small school ADs/coordinators and big school coordinators and assistants. 
 

Coach Jones resigned a month ago. Where is the line of which you wait long enough to get a good hire, and waiting too long where it hurts the kids not having a leader?

Normal process I would assume. Jones isn’t leaving till the end of the year anyways

When you finish the season with less than 40 between your varsity and JV, a good chunk of those graduated and 2 are leaving with dad. Plus, I heard there were less than 15 or so playing on the 8th grade team. That doesn’t attract top tier candidates.
