Great to hear that they know how to win, but they lost 2 games to teams that has won only 4 district games combined.

That was the freshman team, not the varsity.

They didn't lose those two games. The entire varsity was quarantined for those two games. Silsbee combo of 9th and JV teams had to play those two games.

Technically, this varsity team has only lost the one game to Lumberton in district.

One thing not mentioned here is the Tigers are playing without sr starter Gilder.

He hurt himself at the end of the Orangefield game. He hasn't been the same since. Certainly didn't look like himself against Lumberton Tuesday.

That will probably happen, but this ain't the same old Mustangs anymore you can just look past.

Once they learn there fundamentals of offense and defense they will be alot better.bcz they're really making huge strides. And just keep them turnovers to minimum they getting there.

Good hard fought win for the young Tigers.  Good to see them keep battling and pull it out.  Jones got a couple real big rebounds down the strectch.  Although rebounding through much of the game was a problem.  Miller and Harris led the way but had some big time shots and plays by others along the way.

This definitely isnt your typical wos basketball team.  They are still athletic but have a player or two who can score as well.

But as big a topic as moveins has been for the last several teams, i have to say this was the only high school game i have ever been to where the starting lineup of the home team was announced like a college game.  What i am getting at was they announced each players name and where he was from and most were not from Orange!!
