Neither should the Deridder game but about 4 personnel fouls ,several holdings, several off sides a couple of delay penalties, pass interference, several illegal proc.all adds up to one disastrous night. Its been that way every game. -

What AggiesAreWe said is how the rule works. The only time I've seen it enforced was last night and one other time. Both were by smaller schools that had lost the momentum of the game and the HC was just looking for something. I've never seen schools with bands our size or bigger complain about it because they just return the favor...
