Weekend schedule.  Lots of changes.  A&M & Texas backed up until tomorrow. Texas has a 3 game tourney against 3 Top 10 SEC teams.  Should be a great weekend of baseball.

Most games will be broadcast on the ESPN app.  SECN will also show some games on regular cable.  LHN will carry most of the Longhorn games.

 

 

Chad Dallas(WOS) is the Friday night guy for Tennessee again this year. He gets the start today at 6pm.

 

Carson Roccaforte(PNG) looks to be the starter in RF for UL.

A&M is really bad at baseball

Looks like we're going to lose our first game at home in the first game of a 4-game series with Southeast Missouri. Down 5-2 in the 7th.

Roccaforte is killing it at UL.  Through 8 games he’s 13-26 for a .500 avg with 6 rbis.  In 4 games this week he went 9-13.  Not bad for a Freshman.

Texas’ ace Ty Madden threw a CG shutout vs. UH last night and Texas won 1-0. 110 pitches, 14 K’s against 2 BB’s and 2 hits. Clocked at 98 in the 9th.

A&M has won 10 straight after starting off slow.  The competition hasn’t been great, but they are playing well.  We will see what they got this weekend when SEC play starts at #5 Florida
