Thanks . That document is showing 1390 idk where he was getting 1550 from.

FB Marshall was only 1,309 on the snapshot in 2020. They were at 1,327 in 2014 but below 1,300 students in both 2016 and 2018. The school really hasn’t grown since it’s been opened. I see them eventually getting caught by the 4A-D1 cap. At schools like FB Marshall who’s enrolled vs who’s there on a given day is a lot larger than it is at schools like Barbers Hill.
 

I did read an article where it said FB ISD accelerated a plan for building another high school and re-zoning kids to Marshall and Willowridge to relieve crowding at Ridge Point so that may be why FB Marshall has a larger enrollment this year?

FBISD does a snapshot every week.

Crosby will play Houston Madison in the 1st round, they’re locked in 4th place in district 11 even after they lose to FBM this weekend.

I don't think Marshall's offense is very good so there's a chance we get Rudder in the second round. Would much rather to play Rudder since the game would probably be in Cypress versus a Marshall game probably all the way in Nac again.

I doubt it. Those Marshall fans are pretty sensible. One of their fans wasn’t sure they wouldn’t struggle with Hallsville last week and when I asked that MavsChamp guy earlier in the year about their strength of their district he said TH was the only team he expected to make it out of the first round. I’m sure he would dead any banter by pointing out how they’ve played this year.

I wouldn’t just give Marshall a win against Rudder.  It will be Rudder’s first playoff appearance but they are pretty solid.  The teams in District 10 are all pretty good.  There are no easy wins, so they should be ready.

Meh, this side of bracket gives greater chance of a state championship game run tho. 
 

instead of having to beat T High, Montgomery and FB Marshall we only have to beat two of those.

That’s true.  Y’all had to do it the hard way last year.  Can’t wait for playoffs.  I saw 3 great Crosby playoff games last year.  Can’t wait for the FB Marshall game.

Yeah but dont be surprised if Timberview knocks one or both out of the playoffs! Also we still get #5 Oak Cliff in the 3rd round which is still very difficult.
