HD looking to upset another team with over 20 wins this season. Mumford comes in at 25-6. Flatonia was 25-3. HD could use Dawson Victorian the long 6’3 Freshman athlete, on the boards and on defense in the middle this game. At least move him up for the bench, to add depth.

Yes, in the 3rd period Mumford hit like 5 three pointers in a row, at one point on the game Mumford made like 11 of 14 3 pointers. Heck, the Rockets don’t shoot like that LOL, if not for all the 3’s Mumford hit, HD probably wins by 5-8 points or so. Coach Wallace his a really good basketball and football coach/mind. Coach German has been a major resource as well, probably 30 plus years as a head basketball coach I think. Way to go Bobcats, we are proud of you! HD Nation!

If you haven’t had a chance to watch this HD team play, it’s a treat, lots of grit, especially as the season has gone on. 6’4 Senior Braedyn Rayon is one of the top players in SETX, kid dropped 32 points on Mumford in the 3rd round. Rayon is averaging over 25 points a game on the season, from his guard positions. Rayon was an All-Region selection as a Junior. Definitely has earned being considered for All-State. D-2 college player for sure, fun to watch.
