I see this team took a loss to an unranked team and won a few close games against a team that got knocked out of the second round of the playoffs.  I think Manvel is better than this team.  I got Timberwolves 71-49.

71/49? So, the competition is getting weaker? I’m just curious, I haven’t been as connected to high school basketball this season.

No.  I think BU played a really good Manvel team.  This same team looked good when we scrimmaged them before the season.  I also think we allowed them to dictate the pace.  I think also that we learned a lesson and will push the tempo against this team and won’t let this be a low scoring game.

Manvel was probably the most athletic team United would have seen in this region other than Hightower or GCM

Part of me thinks if you made this far it has to be for a reason, so maybe it'll be closer than that. Of course sometimes that reason is you had an easier path also.

I'll take BU by 11.  3 of Hendrickson's 4 losses are to 6A playoff teams with solid records.  they're 25-4.  They're in the regional semis.  They don't suck.  But yes, they've had an easy playoff road to this point.

Emeril Lagasse famous words "kick it up a notch" United will have to adjust to Hendrickson's  6'10-6'11 posts.  All quality teams left

at this juncture of the playoffs regardless to who they defeated or loss to. Bring your "A" game and take of business.

Why does United continue to play in small high school venues (versus District style arenas) for these playoff games? Was the Berry Or Merrell center not available? I’m guessing the regional finals and state semifinals will be at a high school too. Which causes limited tickets due to Covid-19

I asked that same question and the answer I got was those places were already reserved and alot of the Bigger School gyms are not having playoff games held at there schools due to Covid.
