Just saw where Georgetown and cedar park are playing in the other regional final.  Cedar park winner of 25 and grown runner up of 25

cedar Park beat them twice in district by 38 and 19

Well, since there is not a ‘state tournament’ this year, no.  But if this was not a Covid season, then yes, a win here would put them in the state tourney.
