Topdawg25
Saw where someone posted but took it down.  I’m guessing this is official now ?
WOSgrad
The earlier thread was based upon a tweet by VYPE that he had accepted the job at Nimitz.  VYPE subsequently deleted that tweet and @AshlyKBMT posted that he had spoken to Coach Rideaux last night and he had not accepted the job yet. A search of Coach Rideaux and Nimitz on google a few minutes ago revealed this thread only.
Indians4life
Good move!! Great athlete at Nimitz, sucks for the loaded Fannett team next year but I’m sure this is what the coach wanted to make a move like this
BH85
What happened to Toon at Nimitz?
Cherokee88
I would imagine the interest for this one would be pretty high with the amount of talent coming back, Coach Rideaux set somebody up with a golden opportunity to win right away. Hooohead.com, Setx fan, TxHoops and 1 other 1 1
Hagar
If this is what Coach Teague wants, I hope it happens.  Not only a nice guy, but I understand from reliable sources he’s one of the most knowledgeable about basketball around at the HS level. If true, I won’t be surprised to hear Nimitz making some noise in the coming years.  Recent history indicates that. TxHoops
bullets13
Are his players going with him? It was kinda fun having HF relevant for a couple of years.

TheTruth34
Congrats to Coach Rideaux. I look forward to seeing him turn around another program like he did at HF. Wonder if his doubters are still around these days... Mr. Buddy Garrity

Never sure of the technical terms with coaches jobs but his services weren’t retained.  Rough couple of years for Nimitz.  Nathan is a great guy though - wish him well.
Kountzer
We used to live out that way.  Daughter went to Spring Westfield.  That school is just West of I 45. Aldine Nimitz was further North on the East side.  Near Lone star college.  The big name at Nimtz then  was Dante Hall, the punt returner.
