So if all colleges have systemic racism, how does it fit into Grambling?  Since they’re predominantly black, does that mean the systemic racism is against whites?   Easy to throw these words around.  Sound impressive.  Sound important.  A little harder to explain when the right questions are asked.

I’m old enough to have seen racism.  Grambling is a product of it.  These people using these words today (systemic racism) dilute real racism.  It was ugly and immoral.  Today blacks, via Laws & EEO, have more opportunities than whites.  We have systemic 🐂💩, But imo, not systemic racism.

only systemic racism if it fits the BLM, NAACP, Board of Black Legislatures, etc...definition 

African Americans, especially female are WAY WAY more likely to be hired that a 30 year old White male --- FACT

By the way,  can we apply this to the NFL or NBA?????? implement a white player quota? God forbid!!!

Look around and see what races are doing well uhm -- White, Jewish, Arabic, Asians, Europeans,  Africans (native), etc...

Only African- Americans failing.

That's why the liberals and African Americans want special treatment. They have proven they are not capable on their own.

I can readily admit that system racism exists.... and it amounts for about 3% of the the problems facing African Americans today. 

 

Much like "Black Lives Matter" applies to the half dozen or so unarmed black men killed by police each year while ignoring the 7500 that are killed by other black people.

Grambling is a historically black University. They were created because blacks couldn't go to white schools. Anybody can attend a HBCU

What part of - “Racism, Grambling is a product of it”, did you not understand?   Blacks & white liberals today think if a black person fails a test, it’s racism.  They have no clue what racism is.
