there are more heinous crimes committed that get less.

should she have a consequence...yes.....but come on now.

It's kind of one of those dumb cases where the laws they've violated were definitely not put in place to stop the stupid things that they were doing.  Don't let her walk the stage for graduation, fire her mom, and call it good.
