lsutigers20230 Posted June 17, 2021 Report Posted June 17, 2021 Coach Porter did a pretty good job this year, his group won 18 games with a pretty young group if I’m mistaken. He also worked hard and the players respected him just by watching those kids play hard for him. png9mon and KF89 2 Quote

whsalum Posted June 20, 2021 Report Posted June 20, 2021 Warren should have a pretty solid baseball team year in and year out. They seemed to have underachieved since Coach Wofford left a few years ago. Quote

He had to leave Evedale for some "unknown" reason I knew I missed someone. So 5 coaches on less then 10 years. Billy Bryant VJ Bunner Ron Luna Jeremy Hogan Zane Anderson Quote

He is a fine Christian man. He is a former Nederland Bulldogs Baseball Player & Current Port Neches-Groves Indians Supporter with a son playing football & baseball for the Indians. All this while having coached at Hamshire-Fannett & now moving to Lumberton. He has a great knowledge of the game of baseball. He is a highly educated professional teacher. Also he is a great conveyor of baseball skills. He has a level head & sensible, but "tough as iron" personality. Coach Seymour will be able to handle what is thrown at him. His players will back him 100%, due to his devotion to any program he takes on! May God Bless His Time at Lumberton!!!⚾🙏 Does he have some older brothers? Quote
png9mon Posted June 25, 2021 Report Posted June 25, 2021 Yes, older brothers, and he has a big extended family. They are Nederland people all, except he has adapted to the Port Neches way of life where he resides. Smart, talented kids as well. One at Penn State/One at LSU & two still in PNG school system.
