What is your point? The federal government instituted discriminatory housing policies with creation of both the FHA and GI bill. That is factual history.

I think everyone on here agrees that there is plenty of racial history in these United States. CRT is not trying to address those issues, however. CRT is based on the

 that race is not a natural, biologically grounded feature of physically distinct subgroups of human beings but a socially constructed (culturally invented) category that is used to oppress and exploit people of color (namely, blacks). Critical race theorists hold that the law and legal institutions in the United States are inherently racist insofar as they function to create and maintain social, economic, and political inequalities between whites and nonwhites, especially blacks. In other words, there is no fixing anything. Any white person is inherently racist and no blacks will ever be given a fair opportunity.

The word Factual seems to be alien or "The Boogie Man" to some people. They live in the Entertainment world and not reality.
