Remember Reaganomics?

Reduce the growth of govt spending

Reduce the federal income tax and capital gains tax

Reduce governmental regulations and tighten the money supply in order to reduce inflation

So Colin Powell lied too?  All of Congress and several other countries lied also after seeing the same evidence Bush did and agreeing with him?
