I cannot imagine the guilt this Father must have for his decision to react the way he did. I've been in that situation and acted the same way.....I have not for years because this is not the first case of a kid being shot or killed when two adults have a road rage incident......

Just had this incident in California were a mother flipped off another car & they shot & killed her 6 year old son.  But wow, I Googled toddler shot in road rage incident to see what State, you wouldn’t believe the numerous shooting incidents.

Not all but society has done this with their SEL and play dough techniques.

There’s a big element of people out there that is void of a conscience with no regard of human life.
