That Bill is like someone saying they’re going to sell you a herd of horses and you look out and there’s one horse leading 200 pigs.  

The Dems call it infrastructure, but it has little to do with that, and more to do with transforming us to Socialism.  What a lying, underhanded bunch of potential used car salesmen the Dems are.
