Their head was too big for their body last season, and it showed after the Splendora loss, and when they went back under center. They looked like the team they should've been all season. Quote

Without it, PAM had the championship outright, but Vidor forced them to share and let PNG in with them. Very considerate of Vidor. Hagar 1 Quote
piratevillain Posted August 19, 2021 Report Posted August 19, 2021 That 2016 Pirate team was special. Starting the season with a blowout loss to Barbers Hill, 40-6. Mathews changed alot of things up after that loss and we're able to get a share of that title, beating a really good Memorial team. Having a Quirante kid helped too! 😂 Quote
