When’s the last time Biden ended a speech with, “God Bless America”?

Maybe just my bad luck, but I can’t remember him ending one with those words.  And one other thing, you notice how often he brings up his dead son?  Once or twice, it could be sentimental, but as often as he does it, it seems he’s using his son for political purposes.  Hope I’m wrong.
