Watched the Dickinson game last night and will watch them against Ridgepoint tonight. Manvel with all that size speed and talent has some defensive issues. I think Crosby will flash some brilliance but will ultimately get beat down by a 5A D1 state contender. I'm thinking Manvel by 4 TD'S. I'm actually more  interested in the Freshman game.

Watching it. Can't really gauge Manvel off the Dickinson game because the Gators are showing way more than they did against Manvel.

That was a good game last night. Ridge Point wins by 6 , but Dickinson made it interesting down by 14 late then scored, converted 2 point conversion and onside kick!  Doesn’t really tell us much about Manvel , but I think we will see improvement from both teams tonight! Goodluck

Ridge Point is better than Manvel on a normal basis but will probably be a lot better than Manvel this year. Unless Katy goes D1, RP will probably be 12-0 when they get the North Shore vs Atascocita loser in the third round. Crosby was 11-0 and ranked #2 in the state when we got RP in the area round and got demolished.

Next week is the same as last week and this week, glorified scrimmages that mean nothing and don’t count towards district or playoff seeding.

We got demolished because we didn't have a game plan for RP. Decided to sit two of the  RBs and throw 50/50 balls to Netherly all night against a D1 corner.
