Yeah, I think that district got split up into a north and south 4A around when Ozen opened and Central dropped down. North was Ozen, Lumberton, Jasper, Silsbee, Vidor and I think either Bridge City or LCM. South was Ned, PNG, Lincoln , WOS, Central, and either BC or LCM. That was my junior year in Jasper and my last one in Texas entirely and getting through that district was tough. At that time, only the top two teams made the playoffs. I believe we came in third behind WOS and PNG in '90.

Sounds right. 90 was one of the classic games vs jasper. 7-6 WOS
BADSANTA
That was one of the toughest districts in the state. I dont recall any team really being bad. That was the SEC of 4A in Texas 😂😂😂😂. At least in SETX.

We fumbled inside the 5 during the last minute. That was rough for us, but a great game. I think we'd have made a good run in the playoffs if we'd have won that game, but we went 7-3 and missed out.
