Conroe High is a school with a lot of pride that has been bad for a long time. They just hired Cedric Hardeman a couple of years ago though. They're the 9th largest school in Texas in terms of enrollment. Last year they went 0-5 in district play but four of those losses were by a combined 9 points. We'll have to wait a couple more weeks to see if they can keep it up but I really like the job CH is doing over there right now. 

Hardeman is nowhere near the coach Reginald Samples is yet but you can't help but to see the similarities in their current jobs. Duncanville is the 5th largest school in the state but had been pretty bad since they won their state title 20 years ago. All the talent was still there, they just need some coaching. There is still a truckload of talent in Conroe too, so it wouldn't surprise me to see him build a very formidable program up up there on the far north side of town. Conroe ISD pays so well that I doubt you would have to worry about losing him to one of the Klein schools in the neighboring district either.

I watched the majority of this game last night. Both RB's are explosive, QB has good arm with some athletic ability, go to WR is legit. Defense is not overall big but very fast. It was Kingwood but I came away fairly impressed with Conroe High.
