If you're patient, you will get a pitch to hit. Also you have to pick up real quick if he is being given the 'off the corner' strike...if he is, righties need to crowd the plate and reach out to go opposite field.

GeauxTigers Posted May 25, 2006 Report Posted May 25, 2006 Let me remind yall that this scrappy bunch from Columbus beat BC in 2004 but was almost eliminated by a HF team in the last inning. HF had the lead going into the 7th when a 2 run HR tied it..still a heart break from the Longhorns perspective but they still have a good core from that season returning including Janek. They are coached very well and the cards better bring their A- game or Angelle and the Cards will be sent packing like the 04 season.
Bobcatfan4life Posted May 25, 2006 Report Posted May 25, 2006 Since you are going to talk about the 2004 season let's go ahead and talk about last year. BC swept Columbus 2-0 and 5-4 so they know how to do it. Believe me Coach Bryant knows what Columbus can do and BC is prepared for tonight.
