Colmesneil vs Tenaha

Saw this game is at 2 on Saturday. Just wondering If Colmesneil is  good this year? And I’m curious for those of you who have watched both teams play, will this game be for district championship?

Colmesneil is greatly improved from years past.  The coach has them motivated, believing in themselves and playing well. I know Colmesneil is in a very tough district and Tenaha has reigned supreme.  I think the Bulldogs will fight hard but may be a year away from competing for a championship.  I’m hoping to see the ‘Dawgs fight for a playoff spot and try to win a playoff game this year.

From what I’ve seen, they’re improvement has been awesome, but small schools playing Tenaha is like bigger schools playing Carthage.  The Tigers dominate.  Still, looks like Colmesneil will have a much improved season.

I think they make the playoffs.   Possibly win first round but second round will be Chilton.

Tenaha homecoming.   Lots of distractions for my Tigers.  Will be a good game till after the half.

Thanks.  I still think Colmesneil makes it in.  Good coach over there.  They just walked into a buzzsaw Saturday.   Our kids are finally getting focused.
