And more importantly Coach Mathews improves his record to 1-0 in the game day pants.

That's the most important stat.

Congrats Pirates.

Hmmmm. Lumberton vs Vidor for the district championship November 5th????

I didn't like the guy the studio cast to play me. I don't think he captured my true essence. 😂. Shouldv'e got Brad Pitt

Maybe but I thought he was more handsome than Pitt.  Plus he could do the Triple Lindy.

29-12 Vidor

Just like old days but at least y’all kept us from scoring 30 this year.

Vidor played great. Great leadership and heart over there. Vidor won tonight. But LCM just didn't execute. And my logic may be flawed but best ball on best ball Still picking lcm 9x out of 10 against vidor any year.

You’re probably right historically LCM used to be really good when Vidor was really bad but in recent history those roles have reversed and the Pirates have taken advantage of the Bears in some blowout wins. This game was hard fought though, I wouldn’t say a blowout like years past because that last TD was just LCM having to go for it deep in their own end and Vidor was just trying to kill the clock after the turnover on downs.

Republicans have a chance to make massive changes in areas like foreign trade, the border, crime reform, the economy, and even to some degree social issues like men in women's sports/locker rooms.  but if the right makes the mistake of overstepping and forcing ultra-conservative requirements on everyone they'll lose the house AND the senate at the midterm.  One only has to look at the 94 Republican mandate with Gingrich's "Contract With America."  Republicans took over the house and senate, and already had the oval office.  Republicans mistook this for unfettered support when in fact the country was just "firing the democrats."  Republicans went crazy with ultra-conservative policy, and two years later Bill Clinton was elected and republicans had substantial losses in the house and senate.  Implement strong conservative policies in the areas that the country has told you are important to them, and where you'll get support.  Don't make the mistake of trying to force conservatism in all areas onto the country.  Our country as a whole is way less conservative than it was in 1996 when the country terminated the republican mandate.
    • Give it up and move on. Dementia Joe, Kackling idiot Kamala, Tampom Tim, and the rest of your trans/wacko/green/communist/marxist party largely LOST.  Its over. Move on.
    • I probably would not have chosen Gaetz as AG just because of the optics of it all. That being said, I don’t think he’s been proven guilty of anything. I hope he does a good job.
    • I'm going to qualify this a bit: a slot-t run with average athletes and execution is difficult for weak teams to stop, but not good teams and coaches.  But a slot-t with stud athletes that's run well causes issues for anybody, and there a few teams in the state that prove that pretty much year in and year out.  all in all i don't love it, but it can certainly be run successfully with the right group of athletes.
