This will be a cake walk for the Brook. Will WB be in same division with Katy or North Shore?  That will be the tough games. Good Luck Brook

Katy will North Shore wont...we wouldnt see Katy till Round 4

Their offense is pretty good, it starts and stops with the QB, he's a scrambler.  Their problem will come on defense.  They give up 317 yards a game and havent played anyone with an offense as balanced and explosive as West Brook's.  If we take care of the football, the Bruins should win going away.

Looks like they are pretty well balanced.  You better not take them lightly.  They are lival to hurt us than we hurt them, especially in the early parts of the game.

Not quite...If you look at the stats, the qb is their main player...Leading passer (of course) and their leading rusher.

Not trying to say that they are not good, but it looks as if you shut him down and the rest will be history!

What is South Houston's record, and what do ya'll know about their team?

I know that they've only beat teams with losing records, as another poster said. They lost to Clear Lake(6-3) 38-13, Pasadena Memorial(7-2) 27-0, and Deer Park(7-2) 42-14. All their other wins came against teams that couldn't beat their way out of a paper bag. Their offense is averaging 25.2 PPG, and their defense is averaging 21.0 PAPG. They have to play North Shore (9-0) this Friday night, so they'll probably lose to them. If WB shows up and plays Bruin football, we should be OK!

LOTS of defensive pressure on the QB!

Our LBs will play a big part in this game...our D-Line will bring the pressure but if that QB squeaks by them than we need our LB to pursue their QB and bring him down...that is the key to the game stop their QB from scrambling if we eliminate his legs than our Secondary with Williams and Falgout can take care of the rest...i wouldnt be surprised if their QB gets hurt during the game Marcus Malbrough put FB Marshalls QB out last year and i think Falgout is capable of hurting anyone he hits at this point

    • Are you really gonna talk about decorum from a President while supporting the guy who effectively has no such decorum? Just last night the former president (and would-be despot) was in Arizona talking with Tucker Carlson and fantasized about Liz Cheney in front of a firing squad… after calling her dumb, of course.     Trump didn’t just “defecate all over the office of the President”…. He is a piece of excrement.
    • I personally hope PN-G gets 2nd gets to the 2nd round wins the flip against SOC and drag them them to Houston to play
    • I like option number two, PNG and Nederland both win. Nederland i’ll be the district champion, number 1 seed or whatever you want to call it. Yes I know that if two or three teams tie with the same record, they will be called co-champions and everyone gets a trophy. One team however will go in as the first place team in district and will play the fourth place team in the bi-district round. If PNG and Nederland both win, Nederland will be #1. • Virginia has same day voter registration. A person can literally walk in to the voting location, register and then vote. So the premise that Virginia might be stopping people with a legitimate right to vote is nonsense. From what I gather in the news report, assuming that the ones I have read are correct, the people that were removed, filled out a drivers license registration and marked that they were not an American citizen. Could the person have made a mistake bychecking the box incorrectly? Although unlikely it is certainly possible. That same person who was removed can go into the same voting location where he would have voted and again, complete a voter registration and then vote.  That went into the Supreme Court’s decision.  If such a person votes by registering on election day, he fills out a provisional ballot. Provisional ballots are not originally counted and or not counted unless needed. For example….  Statewide there are 500 provisional ballots cast. A person wins the election by 4,000 votes. That would be no need to count the provisional ballots as it will not matter. Then let’s say there are 5,000 provisional ballots cast in the election. One candidate then wins the election by only 1,500 votes. In that case, the election could definitely swing on those provisional ballots. The state will then investigate each person to make sure they live at the correct address listed and that they are American citizens. If these things are correct, the vote will then be counted. Safe Harbor is not untillll…… I think December 17th this year so there will be six weeks to verify the provisional ballots if needed. The purging of the names of people who checked a state form saying that they were not an American citizen, will not stop that same person from voting.
