Never ceases to amaze me how bad some of these are.  You can only hope they are better at coaching than predicting.

Dayton will be in the top 4.

As the district season comes to an end, looks like the coaches and TABC got some of these right and got many of them completely wrong. OF, LCM, and Kountze proved some people wrong this year.

Coaches do the picks, tabc just sends the info out to coaches I thought??

Add west brook to that list as well

and I would say how in the world would you have Huffman over hj knowing who graduated and who was coming back

I can see why people didn’t have ktz.  The freshman made a world of difference. And many coaches aren’t following other peoples jh program.

I think the biggest miss was Shepherd. They have just been down this year

Add Hull-Daisetta to that list of misses. But in all fairness to them and H-D, 4 of their best players left before school started.

Probably could add Lumberton and Bridge City to that list as well.

Amen. I watched Hull Daisetta and Warren earlier in the season. I didn’t think either club would win a district game. I think injuries hurt the Raiders not sure about the Cardinals

No one who knew what Bridge City had coming back would have had them in the top 4.  Maybe in the top 6 if you had them over Vidor.

I don't think that TABC was paying close enough attention to 23 either.  Booker T went out in the first round last year but they were building.  And Kashmere is out of the picture.

Its not tabc that does the picks they just release them, the coaches do the projections.

They pretty much nailed 21 3A but that was an easy one considering Diboll and Central Heights were ranked last year with most everyone back

The team that sticks out to me that wasn't in the top 4 for their district was Beaumont West Brook. I expected them to make playoffs and looks like they could be #2 seed.

The surprise team IMO is Santa Fe. They have a shot of making the playoffs in 22-5A. Also could put Palestine and Martinsville in the surprise category.
